Please read these terms carefully before booking a session with Lunatere. By completing your booking, you agree to the following terms.

 

Our Services:  Lunatere provides Vedic astrology readings, including personal birth chart and compatibility sessions, conducted online via Zoom by Dana Varcoe, a certified Vedic astrologer.

 

Purpose of Readings:  Astrology readings are intended for personal insight, reflection, and self-understanding. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.

 

Accurate Birth Information:  Accurate birth data — including date, time, and place of birth — is important for the quality and depth of your reading. A birth certificate is the most reliable source of this information. We encourage you to locate your exact birth time before booking your session, as changes to birth data after booking may require additional preparation time. If you are uncertain of your exact birth time, any proximity is helpful — for example, knowing you were born in the morning, or sometime between noon and 2 PM. Please indicate your level of certainty on the booking form and we will work with what you have. The more accurate the information provided, the more meaningful your session will be.

 

Payment:  Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Wix Payments.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling:  To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. You may also manage your appointment directly through the online booking system. Where possible, rescheduling is encouraged over cancellation.

 

Refunds:  Refunds are not provided for no-show appointments. If Lunatere needs to cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be offered or the session will be rescheduled at your preference. In the case of extenuating circumstances beyond anyone's control, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, with rescheduling being the preferred outcome where possible.

 

Late Arrivals:  Sessions begin and end at their scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will make the most of the remaining time together. Please note that sessions cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals, so we kindly ask that you join the Zoom call a few minutes early.

 

Recording:  Sessions are not recorded by default. A recording is available upon request and will be shared with you after the session. Recordings are provided for your personal use only.

 

Technical Issues:  In the event of significant technical difficulties on our end, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If technical issues arise on your end, we will do our best to accommodate the situation, though session time lost as a result may not always be recoverable. We recommend joining from a stable internet connection when possible.

 

Changes to These Terms:  We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
